At Select Pickleball, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail depending on package size and destination.
• Ground Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days across the contiguous United States.
• Priority Mail (when applicable): Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label has been created.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship only within the United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, Select Pickleball is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at [your support email], and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
